Eyewear is non refundable, but can be exchanged. To request an exchange or return, please submit a request to INFO@ANNTURE.COM within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

Item(s) must be sent back in original condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. 

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. ANNTURE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. 

We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color, depending on availability. If the item is no longer available and you would like to exchange for something else that is available on our site, please follow return instructions and place a new order. 

Allow 10 business days for refund to reflect on your credit/bank history. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Shipping cost are non refundable.
